What Sizes are available?
Our units come in 6 sizes ranging from 6 ft by 6 ft, to 8 ft by 20 ft.
Is there any problem with dampness or condensation, which could cause damage to stored items?
No, all units are vented to avoid moisture build-up and sweating. They also have a 6-inch ground clearance to avoid seepage from ponding or running rainwater.
What are the storage units made of?
Heavy gauge rust resistant steel construction with reinforced continuous weld seams and frame. Walls are of a corrugated design, which aids in strength, steel roof and dual corrugated doors with dual rubber gaskets. Floors are slip resistant marine grade plywood.
How secure are my valuable possessions?
Very secure! The heavy gauge steel with tamper proof locks and the availability of additional high security locks makes this one of the safest possible storage containers you could use. The main center lock is covered by a welded heavy steel cover, which eliminates the possibility of cutting or hammering the lock.
Can I keep the storage unit as long as I want?
Yes, once you begin your lease you may use your storage unit as long as you like. If you need to keep it for an extended period of time, special rates for long-term customers will apply and if you prefer, we can even store the unit at our facility.
I need boxes and packing materials. Can you supply these items?
We stock a variety of cardboard boxes and packing materials for you to choose from. These items can be delivered with your unit to save you time.

1. During hot summer months, take caution storing items susceptible to damage from high temperatures, i.e.. wax or wax products, any aerosol cans or items that are pressurized, any liquid or gaseous substance stored in air tight containers, video film or data tape cassettes or diskettes, vinyl records, etc.
2. During cold winter months, take the same cautions regarding item which my freeze. Freezing liquids expand greatly and could damage or burst the container in which they are stored. Make sure to drain any water from appliances, i.e.. Washing machines, ice maker water lines, etc. If you stored electrical appliances or electronic devices, when removed back to warm conditions, let acclimate before using or damage due to condensation may occur.
3. Do NOT store flammables or toxins such as paint, oil, gasoline, kerosine, thinners, lighter fluid, spray paint or simular substances.
4. If storing furniture to be transported it's important to properly load your storage container as if it were a moving van. Some suggestions for loading are as follows:
a. Sort items being stored outside first and plan your load. Disassembly of some furniture or appliances is necessary to move it through door openings. Don't leave dollies under any items in storage container.
b. Load large heavy items first, filling in areas with lighter items towards the top of the container. Load in sections from the rear moving towards the front.
c. Note items that may slide on smooth floors, like sofas or appliances. For example, Sofas may be loaded standing on their sides and appliances should be tied to the exterior wall if possible to avoid damage. Remove shelving and trays from appliances. You can use shipping tape on oven doors and drawers to keep them from opening while moving and storing. Tables may be loaded up-side-down and item my be stacked on top. Make sure to have ample shipping blankets available before you start loading.
d. Remove drawers from dressers to carry, but replace them after loading to save space. You may face the drawers towards a wall or boxes to avoid having them open.
e. Fill all empty space with smaller items, again using shipping blankets to protect delicate items.
